BBO Properties, LLC is a full-service property management firm in Chicago, IL. We specialize in managing six to twelve-unit residential multifamily buildings and single-family homes. Our service areas are the south side of Chicago and the south suburbs. We bridge the gap between property owners and renters by providing excellent and timely customer service for seamless and pleasant interactions while protecting the owner’s and renters’ interests. We have experience in landlord-tenant rules, fair housing regulations, and property upkeep standards. Additionally, we have experience in property preservation and subsidized housing programs.
SERVICES
Essential Services
This is our most basic package. It includes rent collection and property maintenance. Additional services include tenant on-boarding, tenant screening and placement, eviction services, and quarterly maintenance inspections Provide financial reports to owners such as expense reports, income statements, rent roll summaries, and cash flow projections.
Value Added Services
The value-added service package includes all of the essential services as well as, marketing and advertising vacancies such as showings and managing leasing agreements. Additional services include working directly with subsidized housing programs as well as preparing the unit for inspections. We also offer consultation services include real estate consultation for property owners looking to expand their real estate assets.
